By submitting content to Parkcited, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to:
- Display your content on the Parkcited platform
- Store and archive your content
- Distribute your content through our services
- Modify and adapt your content for display purposes (e.g., resizing images)
- Use your content in promotional materials for Parkcited
This license continues even if you delete your content or account, for content that has been shared or cached by others.
4. How We Use Your Content
Your submitted content may be used to:
- Display reviews and ratings on park and ride pages
- Show your check-ins and activity to other users
- Feature popular content on our homepage or in recommendations
- Improve our services through analysis and machine learning
- Promote Parkcited on social media or other platforms
5. Photo Guidelines
When uploading photos, you confirm that:
- You took the photo or have permission to use it
- The photo does not infringe on anyone's copyright or other rights
- Any identifiable people in the photo have consented to its use
- The photo complies with our content guidelines
6. Review Guidelines
